1. General information

When you shop with us, you enter into an agreement with Perfect Jeans ApS. By completing a purchase, you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions applicable at the time of the order are those that apply to your purchase.
We reserve the right to continuously amend the terms and conditions. Changes do not have retroactive effect.
2. Ordering and conclusion of agreement
To shop on www.perfectjeans.dk you must be at least 18 years old and be entitled to use the payment method used.
When you place an order on the website, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
Images, videos and other presentations of goods on the website are for guidance only. We strive to represent the goods as accurately as possible, but minor deviations may occur.
3. Prices
All prices on the website are stated in the local currency and include VAT.
Any delivery costs and other additional charges are stated separately at checkout before you complete the purchase.
We reserve the right to continuously change prices, fees and other information on the website. The price applicable at the time of your order is the price you pay.
If there has obviously been an error in the stated price, and you reasonably should have realized this, we are not obliged to supply the item at the incorrectly stated price.
4. Payment
We offer payment using the payment methods shown at checkout at any given time. This includes payment cards and local payment methods such as MobilePay or Klarna. We do not accept payment by cash or checks.
The amount will only be charged to your payment method when the item is dispatched from our warehouse.
Reservation of amount
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately.
The amount remains reserved until we charge the amount when the item is dispatched, or the reservation is released in agreement with your card issuer. You can read more about the rules for your specific card from your card issuer.
We do not charge card fees. Any fees charged by your bank or card issuer are beyond our control and responsibility.
Discount codes and special offers can only be used in accordance with the terms applicable to the specific campaign. As a general rule, only one discount code can be used per order unless otherwise stated.
If an order is returned in whole or in part, and the conditions for an applied discount code or campaign are no longer met, we reserve the right to recalculate the order and deduct the value of the forfeited discount from the refund.
5. Delivery and shipping
We deliver to the countries shown at checkout.
Delivery options, shipping rates, carriers, and expected delivery times are shown at checkout and/or on the individual product pages. Including PostNord, GLS, Bring, Homerunner, FedEx, UPS, and DHL Express.
We normally aim to dispatch orders within 1 business day, but delivery times may be longer during busy periods, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, or in case of lack of stock. Delivery time is 1-2 days in Denmark, 2-3 days in Scandinavia, 3-4 days in Europe, and 4-6 days for the rest of the world.
You will receive a shipping confirmation by email when the order has been dispatched.
It is your responsibility to provide the correct name, address, email, and other delivery information when placing an order. We cannot guarantee that delivery details can be changed after the order has been placed.
If you choose delivery to a private address, the carrier will attempt delivery at the address. If delivery cannot be completed, the carrier may choose to redirect the parcel to a parcel shop or pickup point nearby.
As a rule, carriers do not deliver on weekends and public holidays.
6. Uncollected parcels and refused receipt
It is the customer's responsibility to collect the parcel within the deadline stated by the carrier.
If you fail to collect a parcel from a parcel shop and it is returned to us, you must pay the actual costs charged to us by the shipping company for the return shipment. If you want the parcel resent, you must pay any new delivery cost.
7. Right of withdrawal
When you shop as a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you have received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
This means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the deadline expires that you wish to cancel the purchase. You can send an email to support@perfectjeans.dk or use the standard withdrawal form at the bottom of these terms and conditions.
You cannot cancel the purchase solely by refusing to accept the item without at the same time clearly notifying us message.
Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items in the same order, you may cancel the purchase of one or more items.
If you cancel only part of your purchase, you will generally not receive a refund of the delivery costs.
8. Returns in case of cancellation
Once you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back.
Returns can be created via our return portal. If you use our return label, the price will appear in the return portal and be deducted from the refund.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed. You are also responsible for ensuring that the item is returned securely and for any damage that occurs during transport back to us. Forbrug.dk also states that you are responsible for the item from receipt until the webshop has received it back.

We only accept parcels sent directly to the address. We do not collect parcels from parcel shops, post offices, or similar locations.
9. Condition of the item upon return
You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the item caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.
In order to receive a full refund, we expect the item to be returned in substantially the same condition as when received. We recommend that the item be returned unused, unwashed, without odor, without pet hair, and with the original tags intact.
Missing original packaging may, depending on the circumstances, result in a reduction in value if it affects the item's resale value.
If the item has diminished in value, we will deduct the documented reduction in value from the refund. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs refunded.
10. Refund in case of cancellation
If you cancel your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs for standard delivery. However, this does not apply to additional delivery costs if you have chosen a more expensive type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer. As a rule, we will refund using the same payment method and no later than 14 days after we have received your notice of cancellation. We may withhold the payment until we have received the item back or you have provided documentation of the return.
Once we have processed your return, you will receive a credit note by email. The actual refund may then take 2 to 5 business days depending on the payment provider.
11. Exchange
As a service, we offer exchanges via our return portal.
There is 1 free exchange. If an exchanged item is subsequently returned, we reserve the right to deduct the actual costs we have incurred in connection with the exchange, to the extent permitted by law, and provided that this was disclosed to you in connection with the exchange.
If the desired exchange item is not in stock, we may, with the customer's consent, instead offer a refund or issue an electronic store credit. An electronic store credit is issued to the customer account.
12. Right to complain
When you shop as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act regarding defects in goods apply. You have a 24-month right to complain, and if you complain within 2 months after discovering the defect, the complaint will always be considered timely.
If your complaint is justified, following a specific assessment, you may have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a proportional price reduction.
If the complaint is justified, we will reimburse your reasonable and documented shipping costs in connection with returning the item to us.

When returning an item as a complaint, please enclose a description of the problem and preferably documentation in the form of pictures, if relevant.
If you are shopping as a business customer, we reserve the right in the first instance to remedy the defect, for example by repair or replacement.
13. Business purchases
Terms concerning the statutory right of withdrawal apply only to consumer purchases.
If you are shopping as a business customer, there is no 14-day right of withdrawal unless this has been expressly agreed in writing.
For business purchases, we reserve the right to remedy defects by repair or replacement rather than offering cancellation, a proportional reduction, or a refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
14. Complaints procedure
If you as a consumer wish to complain about your purchase, you must contact us at support@perfectjeans.dk
If we are unable to find a solution, you may submit a complaint to the Danish Complaints Board, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, via the Complaints Portal. Complaints to the Danish Complaints Board must be submitted via their complaints portal with login.
When you shop at an e-mark certified webshop, you can also have your case processed free of charge by e-mark.
If you reside in Denmark and have traded with a seller in another EU country, Norway, Iceland or the United Kingdom, you can also contact Consumer Europe. Forbrug.dk is the public consumer portal under the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority and refers you to the relevant complaint options.
If you live in another EU country, Norway or Iceland, you can contact the Consumer Europe office in the country concerned.
15. Limitation of liability
We reserve the right for Force majeure.
Nothing in these terms and conditions limits your mandatory rights under Danish law.
16. Intellectual property rights
All content on the website, including text, images, graphics, logos, video and design, belongs to Perfect Jeans ApS or our business partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
The content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.
17. Personal data
We process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.
18. Choice of law and venue
These terms and conditions are governed by Danish law.
Any dispute shall be decided under Danish law by the Danish courts, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection rules.
19. Standard withdrawal form
This form should only be completed and returned if the right of withdrawal is exercised. The form is based on the standard withdrawal form in Annex 3 to the Danish Consumer Contracts Act.
